Appropriate requests include shipping from the USA to Europe or the Middle East; shipping from Southampton to Europe, the Middle East, or the USA; European inland collection; delivery to Antwerp, Monfalcone, or Koper; Ro-Ro versus container selection; route coordination; a partnership inquiry; and confirmed information about an active shipment.

## Information to collect

For a quote, collect the collection city or port, destination, vehicle type, make and model, model year, running condition, preferred timing, whether inland collection is required, the preferred shipping method if known, and an email or international phone number. For an active shipment, collect the booking, bill of lading, or container reference and the preferred update channel.
