The fastest useful inquiry includes the collection city or port, destination, vehicle type, make and model, model year, running condition, preferred timing, and whether collection from the current location is required.
A quote is reviewed for the actual shipment. Include vehicle dimensions when known and whether Ro-Ro or container shipping is already preferred. Active shipment updates
For an active shipment, provide the booking number, bill of lading number, or container number. Do not send full identity documents, payment-card details, passwords, or unrelated sensitive information through a general message.
