# Adi Shipping pricing and quotes

Adi Shipping does not publish a fixed price list because every shipment is reviewed for its real route, vehicle, timing, and handling requirements. A quote is prepared for the specific request and must be confirmed before booking.

## What affects a quote

- Collection country, city, and accessibility for the inland carrier
- Departure port, destination port, and current sailing availability
- Vehicle type, dimensions, weight, condition, and whether it can move under its own power
- Ro-Ro, container, or another required shipping method
- Insurance, port handling, storage, documentation, and special equipment
- Currency, carrier surcharges, and time-sensitive third-party charges

## What to provide

For the most useful quote, provide the collection location, destination, vehicle make and model, year, dimensions or weight when relevant, running condition, preferred timing, and contact details. Photographs and a VIN can help with operational review but should only be shared through an appropriate contact channel.

## Important limits

Website tax calculations are planning estimates, not an invoice or a decision by a customs or tax authority. A shipping quote may exclude government taxes, duties, registration, licensing, inspection, storage caused by delays, or other charges that cannot be confirmed in advance.
