# How the Adi Shipping process works

Adi Shipping provides a human-reviewed vehicle logistics process rather than an anonymous instant rate. The steps below explain what normally happens; the exact route, documentation, carrier, and handover requirements depend on the individual shipment.

## 1. Share the vehicle and route facts

Provide the collection city or port, destination, vehicle make and model, year, vehicle type, running condition, preferred timing, and whether European inland collection is needed. Add dimensions or photographs when the vehicle is unusual, commercial, non-running, or oversized.

## 2. Route and method review

Adi Shipping checks the practical origin port, destination connection, inland movement, and whether Ro-Ro or container transport is more suitable. Known limitations and missing information are identified before a proposal is treated as complete.

## 3. Human-reviewed proposal

The proposal is prepared for the actual facts supplied. Pricing can reflect collection distance, vehicle dimensions, special handling, port charges, carrier availability, shipping method, insurance, and timing. A quote is not the same as a customs approval or guaranteed sailing until the relevant confirmations are complete.

## 4. Documents and booking coordination

Required vehicle, ownership, export, import, customs, and port documents are confirmed for the route. Website checklists are preliminary only. Clients should not buy or ship a vehicle based solely on a calculator or generic checklist when eligibility is uncertain.

## 5. Collection, port handling, and shipment updates
